Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

All prints are produced to order and typically dispatched within 3–4 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days to most destinations worldwide. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our print studio.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to virtually every country in the world. All orders are carefully tube-rolled in protective packaging and sent via tracked courier. Shipping is free on all orders over $150.

Will my print arrive safely?

Absolutely. Every print is rolled around an acid-free inner core, wrapped in glassine tissue, and sealed inside a rigid postal tube before dispatch. The outer packaging is clearly labelled "Do Not Bend." In the rare event that damage occurs in transit, we will replace your print at no cost — just send us a photograph of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Are there customs charges?

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs thresholds before ordering. We cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare values on customs forms.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your print for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund. Prints must be returned in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if my print arrives damaged?

This is very rare, but it does occasionally happen. Please photograph the damage (including the packaging) and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement print free of charge as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange for a different print?

Yes. Return your original print within 30 days, and once we receive it we will process a refund so you can place a new order for the print of your choice.

About the Prints

What paper and inks do you use?

All prints are produced on 300gsm Hahnemühle Photo Rag fine art paper — the same paper used by leading galleries worldwide. We print exclusively with 12-colour pigment inks that carry a certified 200-year lightfastness guarantee under standard gallery conditions (no UV glass, indirect light). Prints made on this paper have a beautiful, subtly textured surface that brings out extraordinary tonal depth.

What sizes are available?

Each print is available in three sizes: 60×90 cm, 80×120 cm, and 100×150 cm. All sizes are produced at the same exceptional quality — larger prints simply reveal more of the extraordinary fine detail captured in the original aerial photograph.

Do you offer framing?

We do not offer framing at this time — we focus exclusively on producing the finest possible print. We recommend sourcing a frame locally so you can match it to your interior exactly. A standard museum-style float mount or a simple oak or ebony frame works beautifully with our prints. If you would like guidance, feel free to reach out.

Print Care Guide

How should I store or display my print?

Fine art giclée prints are durable but benefit from a little care. For display, we recommend framing behind UV-protective glass or acrylic — this dramatically extends the life of the colours. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight or in rooms with high humidity (such as bathrooms). If you need to store your print, keep it flat or loosely rolled in its original packaging away from damp and heat.

Can I clean my print?

Do not apply any liquid directly to the surface of an unframed print. If the print is behind glass, clean the glass only using a lint-free cloth. If you notice dust on an unframed print, use a very soft, dry brush or a blower to gently remove it. Never use cleaning sprays or paper towels on the print surface.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.
